“I started working for Support Asia in 2015 as a Dom-care Worker.
I worked only on the weekends as I had another job from Monday to Friday with a different company. I used to look after a service user who had a brain injury.
When I first started I found this job quiet challenging as I was new to this work, but slowly I got to build a good relationship with the service user and really loved working with her.
In 2018 I got a very good opportunity from Support Asia, to become part of the team and become a recruitment officer and a trainer. In this job I have gained a lot of skills, qualifications and mainly a very good relationship with my service users and the staff.”
